Airpro SMS and Email service We now have available to all our clients a fully scalable, brandable mass email delivery system. This will allow you to send HTML emails to clients - keeping them in touch with news, developments, special offers, or simply changes that may affect them. HTML email are more than just text, they are branded with your logo, can contain links and are formatted like your web pages.

Any number of email groups are allowed to fit requirements; for example a newsletter group, a group of existing clients, potential clients, visitors who have expressed website interest and so on.

This Mailing Portal is available to use from any internet browser through password protected pages on your own domain, giving total flexibility and control.

Subscribe / Unsubscribe: We can integrate this mailing manager into any website to allow a full subscription service. Visitors to your site have the option to subscribe to any group you allow (or multiple groups). Our portal allows full management of all subscribers, groups and templates, and to send a branded email quickly from scratch can be achieved in moments. For example, a visitor to your website can opt to join a list of special offers, or perhaps your newsletter.

SMS Text Message Solutions

We are delighted to be able to integrate a full SMS Management Suite within all our hosting packages for no extra charge. We will include a 'hidden' link in your domain that will allow access (through a username and password for your security) to a full SMS control panel. From this control panel, you can manage your Contacts, check Delivery Reports and of course send SMS messages.

Prices from 2.6p per text message (maximum 4.9p) ex VAT

All messages can appear to be sent from your company name (up to 11 characters) rather than a generic mobile number. This provides clear and concise branding.

We also include a fully integrated inbox system, where your clients can text a message directly back to you. For example, if you text 'airpro' plus message to 07786 200 690, it arrives directly into our email system.

To use:

Simply add the mobile number of your contacts into as many Groups as you need (for example you could organise this into different sections of your client base)
Create a personalised SMS message (including their name, and up to three Custom Fields)
Preview your message, then send

Message costs start at 3.9p (ex VAT) per message, and can be bought in blocks from 100 up to 50,000. Contacts can be imported from Excel (or similar) spreadsheets, or manually entered. There are no on going fees or start up fee. You simply pay for the messages you send.

Provision of all aspects of this service, including (but not limited to) SMS delivery, credit system, billing (including payment for credits), contacts storage and maintenance is provided by a third party company. We have worked closely with them to ensure that integration with your website is as seamless as possible and allows you to have the best possible service from them.
